Lisa Mukhina
Lisa Mukhina is an artist born in St. Petersburg, Russia, where she studied at the Academy Fotografika with the focus on documentary photography. A direction that continues to shape her work today. She is currently based in Bremen, Germany.
Her work centers around photography with a particular interest in analog film, the development process and experimental printing techniques.
At a time when the authenticity of images is increasingly uncertain, Mukhina is drawn to the sense of truth analog photography can offer her.
